After "improving" toll booths, this is what SLEX does.
They put up 5 booths, and then only use 2-3 at a time. And this is their reason kung bakit nagtaas ng singil ng toll fees. Dahil malaki ginastos nila sa "improvements" na to na hindi naman nama-maximize ang gamit. Medyo nakakainis di ba?
